Hello Swim Families!

There are so many reasons to donate to the ECHS Swim Team. The swim team provides a welcoming community and a safe place for your student athlete to improve their skills or even learn new ones while hanging out with friends.

This season I would like to highlight our goal of purchasing our own time drops. We are currently borrowing some but we need to purchase our own to the tune of about $1200.

To create an engaging and constructive environment for our swimmers the team relies on fundraising from a combination of product fundraising and direct appeal.

This gives YOU several different choices on how you'd like to give back to the team, or better yet, try all three! :)

Bake sale: This Sunday, March 22, the team is having a bake sale. You can help by providing baked goods for the swimmers to sell and by telling your friends and family to stop by and support us. The bake sale will be at Solano Ave @ Masonic Ave/Ohlone Greenway from 9am-1pm. Sign up here to bring baked goods and volunteer.

Spirit-wear: ECHS Swim t-shirts are now available for sale. Sizes are limited. We have $10 shirts from 2025 and $20 shirts from 2026. Reach out to me if you want to buy one! We also have spirit-wear on our team store at SwimOutlet.com. The team earns 5% from each purchase you make from our store.

Direct appeal: The recommended donation is $120 per family but no donation is too small and all money is put to good use for our athletes. Donations go towards one team dinner per season, t-shirts, swim caps, out of league meet fees, team pictures, senior banners, awards, and to maintain a budget to be able to offer new swimmers a suit each year.

You can donate through the ECHS Aquatics sponsored group committee under the Student Activity Fund (SAF) to support the team. Your donation is being made to a 501(c)(3), Tax ID: 91-1935426 and is tax deductible.
